The new school complex is planned to be built on a 3.25 acre sprawling campus at Cheriyakonni located at the outskirts of the city. The proposed campus combines unique classical architecture and thoughtful layout and landscaping to create a perfect learning ecosystem. Three-storied buildings are designed for spacious laboratories, library, reading room, computer lab along with a state of art multi media lab. There will be a spacious auditorium which is designed to match the terrain of the campus. The campus provides an integrated-sports-complex, consisting of an indoor-stadium, a 400m 8-lane outdoor track and a field stadium. Sprawling practice fields for football and hockey will be available along with cricket practice nets. The proposed indoor Sports Complex houses a basketball court, 4 badminton courts, 2 tennis courts, a Gymnasium, and one squash court. The complex features 2 swimming pools, including one for toddlers, and a 25m pool with gallery seating for spectators. Both the swimming pools are connected with the natural fresh water flow available in the proposed land along with the purified water pumping system from the open well.
